We provide our clients with a package of information and a letter explaining our findings. This is valuable to those in need of quick information on sensitive areas, but not yet ready for wetland delineation or assessment reports. It may be an important step for anyone considering purchasing property or conducting site feasibility investigations.

An off-site wetland determination may be made when enough information about soils, hydrology, and vegetation is available for a site. In some cases, an off-site determination may reveal that an on-site investigation is needed.

A preliminary on-site investigation may be appropriate to determine the wetland conditions and the options for your property. On-site investigations fees are based on a three hour minimum.
